With over 20 years in healthcare IT, Udayan combines deep product insight with strong commercial acumen to help scale AssureCare’s impact across payer, provider, and public health ecosystems.

Prior to acquisition by AssureCare, Udayan was President & CEO of iPatientCare. Under his leadership, the company launched one of the first federally certified ambulatory EHR platforms—used by NASA Space Medicine, the U.S. Army, and over 100,000 healthcare professionals. His work helped drive innovation in care coordination, revenue cycle management, and rural health enablement.

At iPatinetCare, Udayan ensures that innovation stays grounded in real-world outcomes, helping bridge the gap between product capabilities and healthcare needs. He has also played a key role in expanding AssureCare’s international presence, especially in India and the Middle East.

Widely recognized in national HIT circles, he has served on federal advisory workgroups for data standards and interoperability. He’s also known for quoting poetry in meetings and reminding teams that technology must serve humanity—not the other way around.
