Kevin Dooley brings more than 30 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation across industries. As the EVP of Client Services, he leads AssureCare’s product implementation and client success, ensuring solutions are aligned, scalable, and outcomes-driven for some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations.
Before joining AssureCare, Kevin spent 27 years at Accenture, including 16 years as Managing Partner. In that role, he led multi-billion-dollar engagements for Fortune 250 clients and built deep, trusted relationships across the healthcare, technology, and manufacturing sectors. He’s known for solving complex challenges with grounded, high-velocity execution—earning him a reputation as a go-to leader in the IT services space.
At AssureCare, Kevin focuses on optimizing delivery performance, strengthening client relationships, and scaling services without compromising quality. Internally, he’s respected for his calm decisiveness, operational rigor, and ability to mentor emerging leaders through both candor and care.
A strong believer in leadership by example, Kevin is as effective in the boardroom as he is at a whiteboard. He often reminds new team members: “Measure twice. Deliver once.”
Outside the office, Kevin is a lifelong football fan (and former quarterback), an international traveler, a fan of good wine, and a reader of leadership books—especially the ones that skip the clichés.
