Edward J. Spaeth serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the Vora Group.  Ed has over 35 years of legal experience in both private practice and in-house roles.  In his role with the Vora Group, Ed provides strategic legal counsel and oversees the group’s legal team and  the legal affairs of each of the companies within the Vora Group portfolio.

In addition to his responsibilities as General Counsel, Ed is also listed as a Principal at Vora Ventures, indicating his involvement in the firm's investment and operational strategies.

Outside of his professional duties, Ed enjoys spending time with his family (wife Jane and children Stephen and Maria), spending time outdoors enjoying nature, and is an avid sports fan.   Ed and Jane also participate in community initiatives such as contributing to the "Vora Ventures Victors" team in the 2025 Cincinnati Heart Mini-Marathon & Walk, supporting the American Heart Association.
