Cincinnati based technology solutions company buys leading-edge digital solutions company headquartered in San Francisco to accelerate business growth and deliver creative solutions to customers.
San Francisco, Cincinnati and Bangalore – Ascendum Solutions, a leading provider of information technology solutions and services, today announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Sourcebits Inc., a digital innovation and customer experience company. Financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2017.
